2.   We will work out the packed weight of the parcel and tell you the total for the items and delivery.

3.    Payment can be made in the following ways :
       a.   By direct deposit into our bank account.
       b.   By Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard over the   
             phone or by fax. This site is not yet secure.
       c.   By cheque or mail order.

4. Following payment, your order will be shipped to you.

Export orders - by EMS International Courier, by FEDEX or with your courier.

TERMS : All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.  Export orders are Australian GST free, but may be subject to local taxes and duties in your country.
Claims and adjustments : Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any loss or damage to us within 5 days. In the rare occasion where there may be a problem, we will gladly  substitute or replace defective merchandise. If your  order was damaged during shipment, keep all packing materials and contact us. We shall notify the carrier of the problem. Goods are not accepted for return without prior authorisation. For non defective returns, there is a 15% restocking charge and items must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied. Shipping charges and cut fabrics are non refundable.
